Indeed Metacomet. I am not discounting the effect of having NTL under construction as we speak. But I am simply refering to the PFS analysis which included it in the modeling. Going from wishing for a NTL (remember last January?) in a company document to having it under construction is huge - another bird in hand.

I might add that run-of-river hydro electric project Forrest Kerr (195MW) is under construction as well. This will supply electricity to the Bob Quinn substation about 30 km from its project. Its about the same distance to our road junction to Galore. So the substation will have ample juice supplied locally when the hydro starts.

Their 2011 video is worth a watch http://www.altagas.ca/Forrest_Kerr if you are curious about r-o-r or construction in the area. I see Schaft Creek's initial camp construction phase looking somewhat similar but 10X LOL.

FK has two more project phases. When all is built out it will the neighbourhood of about 350 MW (IIRC) which would put the whole endevour in the lower/middle of the pack of significant hydro projects in BC.
