Yes 2.9B was the initial Capex in 2008

Teck taking 75% = Teck would pay 2.18B and finance CUU's 725 million

Teck must also pay 4x expenditures (currently 74.8 million), 74.8 million is coming back to us, reducing our 725 million to 650 million.

This would be financed to commercial production....not a bad deal.
