I don't think any of that is a concern, or could happen. There is a Shareholders Rights Plan in existence and nobody can acquire more than 20% of the company without the approval of the Board of Directors, and with the provisions of the plan coming into effect.

Essentially if someone tries to buy out more than 20% we would all get the right to buy additional shares at a steep discount. There can't be any backroom deals between one Director and an outside company, even if that company is Teck.
