If that was EE's intention he would have bought out all the shares himself a long time ago, taking CUU private.

The CUU board has a say (I've asked before). Elmer , Mike, David, Cam, Shane...they all want to sell and move on. This is a tight team, EE is part of it and they all communicate. Nobody is getting any younger and they all want to profit form their work here.

Then you must alos look at what I call ''the cost of locked money''.... alot of great deals out there currently, EE is aware of that all to well.

And Teck doesn't want a junior exploartion company hanging around with the controling shares.

A faire deal will be made.
