With all due respect General. I get it. From outside looking in does this not look bad from an accountants or a regulatory body trying to keep the markets as fair as they can. This is like betting a soccer game that has already been played and you already know the outcome. Isn't this why insiders cannot trade while in possession of material info. Ok so we can't accumulate because we know what is about to happen. So lets give ourselves some options.
