Frankly, I don't care if he's Clarence Darrow...the fact that they issued them during an alleged blackout means they have NOT "got the law thing covered pretty well". Sorry 'vette, IMO, you're wrong.

Ok there Stomper. they have one of Canada's leading law firms working for them, and have the senior partner of that law frim (who owns options and shares) as one of their CUU directors. And all the other directors have alot of skin in the game.

Hmm yep...they must not have the law thing covered..they don't know what they're doing and felt like doing something illegal. You must be right and I must be wrong. lolololol
