Dear Generaledger:
Great sleuth work and thanks for sharing!
In looking back at last year's AGM, the proxy circulars were sent out on Apr 21, 2011 (as per SEDAR). So if the final day possible for the AGM is Aug 17th, then the circular for shareholder voting would be going out on or about July 21st. I tried to find out when the exact requirement was for sending out circulars but couldn't find it, but if historical behaviour is any indication, then July 21st would more or less suffice.
I think the exercise here is trying to narrow down the timeline window when important activities/announcements will occur. So if we have news on a Resource Estimate, BFS, and other "things" to vote on (take out, CUU 2.0 with spinco, etc, etc) we have just over two months for all this. My take on this is that the news should start popping faster than eggo waffles.
Should be exciting. Gold luck to all.
