Generaledger, it would be nice for us shareholders to see the BFS before we take a vote on the offer but really with EE controlling the majority of the shares if he decides to accept we would all have no choice so looking at the BFS would be a moot excercise! If the offer was for over $5/sh would you accept? At this point I know I would as I know of other companies to invest that have potential for very substantial gains. My money has been tied up in CUU for over 5 years now so I would be very happy to get a reasonable offer now rather than later. My 2 cents. :)
