Web, I really like the way your scenario flows, but I wonder why EE would sell shares to TCK at todays market price when we're expecting 3X more, at least, in the near future.

If Tck tried to buy them for more than market, the minority shareholders would have to be offered the same deal.

Kindly help me out with this Web. tks.....chunky
