Don't accept as "permission" those who have said June/Q2 is Ok for the RE release. You promised us May, you are in constant touch with TT, you have Jim Gray overseeing the progress on a very regular basis and there will be quite a few angry shareholders if you have allowed TT to screw up for a second time. They've had over 3 months. The silver issue should not be used as an excuse to up-date the rest of the RE. That can be a separate release if a ruling is required. Not acceptable from a public company trying to maintain credibility to continually miss self-imposed deadlines. That said, Wednesday would be nice. And I have faith we'll hear from you before Friday.
