So your neighbour puts more than $100,000 into a stock based on your recommendation and then asks you to explain why it isn't trading at a higher share price?

You're not the one who needs help. Your neighbour is.

Fortunately he dove head-long into a stock that is as safe a bet as any, but I would expect your friend and his money will soon be parted if he continues such practices.
