Teck has the same info we have. Their geos also know that there must be much more than what is uncovered and the potential must also must be enormous so my feeling is Teck comes to us with an offer we can't refuse ( $6-7/sh ) for the whole thing. There will be no CUU 2.0 just a gigantic pile of cash or Teck shares to take us all out :) If I were Don Lindsey that's what I would do.

Get the whole district now while it is cheap because later it's going to be expensive and others ( Teck's bigger competitors ) may also want in. Sure, your shareholders ( Teck ) may be screaming we paid too much but later they'll be kissing your butt and singing what a shrewd dealmaker you are ( just like the Fording coal deal ). To get to be as big as Teck is you can't always play it safe, you have to take calculated gambles. Buying CUU for $6-7 now is a calculated gamble but I think it is a gamble that is stacked in the buyers favour. Cmon Teck, take the calculated gamble and offer us a nice premium to take us out.
