I've been thinking about ths ever since the announcement...why are they doing this...why now, on short notice, with the general meeting a month and a half away....is there anything negative re. this action.

I can't think of anything negative when we have just reported a huge resource in a very friendly mining jurisdiction..I also believe there's a good chance of having the completed FS for the July 19 general meeting.

Calling this on short notice seems to be rushing it, and we all know Elmer doesn't normally operate that way.

I don't see it as a prelude to raising money in a public offering..if it was they'd be hiring someone to hype the name and be advertising on BNN etc. just like Romeos did last year when they took their price to 50 odd cents.

So who are they trying to satisfy, and why..it's a mystery....chunky
