More than a tad different. Where I can't help but get excited is the unanticipated delays and vague timelines and the possibility of there being a strategy behind those delays, ie a final look at the numbers, legal clarification, contracts, etc etc. This was far more my reasoning for the post than trying to draw similarities between the deposits, their size and/or a buyout price. CUU is a very different monster in that respect.
