Not sure if you were agreeing or disagreeing with me. My point was that, if you're ignorant - and you don't know what you're actually investing in, don't have the time to look into what you're buying, seeing the trends in the world and where things are headed (i.e. you don't know anything = you're ignorant) you're better off diversifying. If you truly do know what you're buying, what you're investing in, when to get in/get out, following the trend (or buying at an appropriate contrarian time) then you'll come out ahead.

If you do the proper DD on CUU, then you can see that there isn't a reason to buy lesser valued companies, and then you don't have to diversify (since you're not ignorant anymore, presumably). The good thing about CUU is that there is an actual trigger date (although this trigger date has been pushed back so much, and seems like all but a fairtale) and is what will start us on the path to being bought out. There are a lot of buyout potentials - you just don't know when or if they'll occur - were as CUU is as close to a sure bet as you can get. And the best thing is, if we don't get bought out (that is lose the buyout bet) we still win, because we get either a fully financed, producer of a huge deposit in 4 years or we own more of one of the biggest districts to come when supply is low.
