Ahh that explains why my numbers are different. I made two assumption different than yours. I assumed:

A) Production ramps up to 150,000 tpd in the 5th year. I assumed this because the 2011 AIR states that production may be this high.

B) Proven and Probable grades would be higher than the Measured & Indicated grades. This was the case for the PFS so I just assumed it will hold true for the FS. The Port Agreement terms also indicate that production should be higher than the PFS.
