Although my number is a little higher, I will take your conservative estimate anyday Vette. When I look at some of the really low numbers on this board ( $2-3 range ) I don't think some understand what a valuable deposit we have here. I have scrutinized the numbers in my head countless times and I come up with nothing less than $7/sh for the whole district.

As far as Teck just buying SC and surrounding areas - I don't see that happening for numerous reasons. All the staking Teck has done, the filing of their short form prospectus, delays in FS, aeromags and mira ( which is very overdue now ). All these clues point toward one outcome - buyout of the entire area.
