Web, Elmer said at the AGM that CUU wants to have a FS that will be hard to challange, so they are making sure they check and double check and then check again

I liked the crack Elmer made right after he said the above, about lawyers being able to find a fault in anything, even if it's done right. Then he quickly turned to Hector (secretary of the AGM) and tried to backtrack ... funny moment :) Hector is quite an accomplished lawyer btw if you look at his track record.

Really liked to hear that Cam Grundstrom has pulled together a team of "seasoned consultants" to go through this in detail (sorry, repeating myself here). I think the FS is going to be airtight ... the RE was very detailed IMO, and this should be even more comprehensive/thorough.

The BFS is going to be a good day ... Elmer in effect confirmed the -$0.04 number today (or at least that it was close). Yep, sleeping soundly tonight, and wondering if I can pick up just a few more shares somehow ...
