I must add 1 more comment on the AGM (...I don't know if it has already been discussed).

A shareholder asked Elmer a good question something on the theme of: "...do you foresee the 120-day window being (purposely) delayed/extended by Teck as a result of their lawyers finding some minute, piddly, little thing in the Teck Agreement to argue about?" (In other words, find any flimsy excuse to extend their decision window).

Elmer's response was "no, but, who knows?...we all know how lawyers can make a mountain out of a molehill..." [NOT a direct quote] (...also saying, with a grin, that the lawyers present are excluded, while everyone in the room laughed). As noted, earlier, this is when he noted that Teck is a "good poker player", but that CUU has a good relationship with them and keeps them informed on a regular basis. Elmer would be very surprised if, indeed, we got into a pissing match with them at this point.
