I think you missed my point Fed Up. I am thinking that a competitor would have trouble realizing the $Billions necessary to buy then build a project like SC in a matter of only a few days of seeing the BFS. That delay where they analyze the BFS, run their own numbers, meet folks, visit the site, arrange financing, talk to lawyers accountants and BoD's will involve a few weeks minimum. So i think that TCK would have that kind of breathing room after the BFS without it costing them more due to a higher competitive bid.

I've always been in the 'seeing BFS' camp.
