Great post Rogue. I think you summed things up nicely but I have to disagree with your statement about our 'massive dilution'. Yes, 400 million shares outstanding is a lot for a junior however this isn't going to make a difference on what Teck offers for SC. Teck will offer a dollar value not a share value. If we had 100 million shares outstanding I would guess our market cap would be the same right now and we wouldn't be able to afford as many shares (I.e. the share price would be higher). I hope that makes sense. I just woke up! Happy weekend!
