One thing that sticks in my head is the fact that Copper Fox owns it all at this point

We have met the contract requirements and we now have 100% of the agreement property

Teck has a right to back in for up to 75%, but that must be earned by the expenditure of 4X incurred expenses

We keep talking about our 25%, but we have it all for now

And that is what we will be selling if for some reason Teck passes

Seems to me that there is more negotiating value in that concept than we are usually giving credit for
