seems like we've all been slightly conditioned to expect slow progress and delays. This negativity is not necessarily bad. This negativity creates the possibility for a positive surprise.

The RE was on time...and included silver. They wanted that RE in there and they wanted the silver for the economics.

If the Feasibility would have been released in Dec or March, we wouldn't have had the new RE and we wouldn't have had the silver.

They wanted it all along....now they can release the fine tuned Feasibility.
