It's probably being timed for Teck so there's no excuses once it comes out. Even if we read it and say there's nothing to warrant the length of time it will still be the right time for Teck. We've made no real plans for the district because it's Teck's baby soon. Should they want to delay us for any time what is cuu supposed to do? We have 6 months max to fill. The land option is the first step towards finding us something to do.
