As for CUU going low under the radar......Why then would Elmer and the boyz, go to most of the conventions?

Anytime I have spoke with CUU ( usually Mike) ...He told me that when a NR is ready they let them out as long as Teck approves it. I dont think they hold back on nr`s unless they have no real value.

Keep in mind, Elmer himself stated that they want this done RIGHT !!! They have 1 shot at this and then the ball is in Teck`s court.

As for the buyout price ...well we`ll see soon enough, but I do think that once all the info comes out, It would be a matter of sitting back and watch the S&P climb.
