Gordy, you have the above statement in “quotations”, which implies that you are directly citing a source originating in TECK. What you are suggesting is taking place is illegal and I am sure that there would be hell to pay should something like that ever happen. Now you can speculate all you like, but unless you actually have a direct source at TECK those quotations are not appropriate.
