Failing that, let the copper piggy get proven to be nice & fat over the period of it's multiple scans, then Doctor Elmer can officially announce the birth weight of this monster.

I'm in no rush, much better to wait for the full benefit to be reaped than get the crumbs from a low-ball offer. IMHO Elmer and senor E will not accept anything less than a fair market value, whether it be spin-off, complete buy-out, but most likely SC sell-off and a deal to prove up the rest of the district with all the tools in Elmer's utility belt!
