Mineral Fields only had those 2.225 million shares and I doubt they would be sufficient to keep the price down this long. At the time they purchased the flow-through shares they voluntarily provided Copper Fox with a written commitment to support the stock.

David MacDonald, a Director of CUU, is Vice Chairman & Director of Burgeonvest-Bick Securities Limited. I would say he's also unlikely to be selling.
