Willy, it is my opinion that altering the contract in any meaningful way would require calling a special meeting and discussing the benefits of altering it, and then calling for a vote.
The contract, in it's present form, is one of the main reasons I've invested in CUU and if the co. were to even suggest changing it my immediate response would be to start lightening up my overweight position.
Having the ability to compell TCK to act is the only thing separating us from many other juniors. without it we could be stalled for years and possibly until the next resource up cycle.
On another note, there's nothing wrong with expressing something negative if it has substance but there's a fine line between expressing a view, over and over, and soft bashing. It's also private business wether someone has only a few shares or is all in, and I find it inappropiate that crane found it necessary to comment on other people's business by refering to their overinvestment in this co....GLTA......chunky
