He says the whole thing will be wrapped up around April but the only real delay he predicts is the BFS being a month (or so) late. November instead of the end of September.

Even if the BFS is released on September 21st, other events such as the possibility of waiting 120 days for Teck to make a decision, and then the time for voting, and then the time for a counter-offer are all possibilities. That in and of it self can take us to the end of this year.

I personally was hoping it would be finished earlier (and as much as I'd love a buyout before BFS, there are definitely other possibilities of how this plays out). A lot of other companies I've wanted to buy have gone up a good amount, and will probably continue to do so in the fall.
