We don't have the basic information to calculate an accurate NPV. many bright minds here have tried but there's just too many variables and unknowns.

In my opinion there isn't a chance of us owning it all unless Don Lindsey has a complete mental collapse.

I have no idea how to value all the new lands. until they have been explored a lot more we can only guess at their present and future value...more speculation.

When I talk to anyone in the office they frequently refer to the wild speculation re. the prices that are suggested here.

I'd hate to see people have unrealistic expectations only to be disippointed after waiting so long, but hopefully we'll have our answers soon....chunky
