We have been hearing for about a year now how mergers and acquisitions would save the junior market. Light a spark. Fuel some unbridled buying on the TSX Venture. It hasn't happened.

I wonder if there is a business case for a merger/acquisition between BXX and CUU (post Teck deal) if only to consolidate ES' focus onto just being CEO of one organization?

Are the two org's' goals substantially different?

Or, would such an action for a guy who is CEO for both be... frowned upon? I don't think it's a conflict... is it?
