I couldn't agree more. I'm thinking, or maybe hoping, that we're in or on the cusp of a critical time in our development. As frustrating as it is with all the waiting involved I don't think bugging them now for info. will accomplish anything other than distracting them from the business at hand.

I'm on the record, believing strongly, that we won't see the FS and if that is the case we should have important news within the next month.

If they miss the FS date again all hell should break loose, and everyone should be deluging them with complaints of non disclosure and asking why they aren't forcing TCK to make a decision as per the terms of the contract.

For now, I would cut them some slack, but it's an individual call....chunky
