Prospekt, to me it doesn't make sense for EE to save his money for the US properties. If what you are saying is indeed the case, that they don't have an agreement in place yet and are just waiting for the BFS to drop to force Teck to make their decision, wouldn't that decision come quicker if they had a few more assays from drill cores to show them what they have and that they better make a reasonable offer soon? I think have more info. with more drill cores and assays to come is leverage we can use to force Teck to make a quicker decision with a reasonable offer instead of a low ball one.

And also speaking of payback, if EE spends another 10M to finance more drill holes that 10M quickly turns into another 30M ( assuming we just get $3/sh for SC ) in a period of less than a few months. That would be a return of 1800% (annulized return assuming buyout within 2 months). You may eventually get a bigger total return if EE invested in the US properties but I doubt he could get this kind of annulized return in such a short period of time. So, imho, he would be much better off investing his money right here with CUU right now.
