I believe you are correct Orcinus. Our location is significantly better compared to Galore Creek.

I found the comments about Highland Valley quite interesting because labour is a significant factor in the costs of operating a mine. Not only the costs, but also the ability to actually find 800 or so skilled employees.

I was reading on a Highland Valley website that they have approximately 880 employees and the mine will be in operation until 2020. That is a further 8 years from now and would very nicely enable Teck to move already trained employees, and residents of BC, into the new project at Schaft Creek. It seems to fit very nicely.
