I personally think Teck takes %100 of cuu with no new partners... I think the real hold up is Teck is working out a deal with Novagold for the remaining %50 of Galore creek... They want it all... One massive new release takes out both properties... Teck has app. 4 billion cash, they are trying to raise another 6 billion... That is why I do not see any partners... If more funds were needed you could see the CIC kick in but my belief is Teck can manage the debt on their own...
