After much pondering over the recent happenings, imho I think that this deal was done quite some time ago.

As you know, I don't believe a deal is already done. Do you think Mike would have made those comments regarding what percentage he believes Teck might take if there was a deal in place? Surely he would be under a non-disclosure agreement until it was announced if there were a deal? If he already knew what the deal was he wouldn't be giving his opinion to a blogger, would he?
