IMHO, I think if the arizona lands were the hot topic, then why would Elmer not want to sell Boxxer. Its just off a bit to the north of copper fox.....he provin it up huge.

Still dont get why the U.S. property was even purchased.....ya I know it was cheap.

Cheap is one thing....but geographically where boxxer sits would make more of a logical game plan to me.
