Almost all you say I agree with. However, how can David be a diorector and be involved in a vote to shut down the drilling etc and be privy to all the discussion involved in making that decision, yet not be blacked out and able to buy/sell shares?

I held 120,000 share for 2 years but recently had to sell 40,000 to pay taxes that I defereed for 90 days.
