Camp shutdown has nothing to do with voting or material information, and thus does not have any affect on any insider buying

Only executive directors are involved with the BFS discussion - David is not, and as such is not subject to the blackout. Thus, he is still able to buy and sell shares as he does not know anything that we don't.
