I am sorry Cuu is about to publish a document that is the nuts and bolts on how to build this mine to make x number of dollars. Teck has to buy the whole thing to ensure that their head is not held over a barrel to build a mutiple billion dollar mine in 4 years (operational). 4 billion dollars in the bank, 6 billion in a short term prospectus. Looks to me the war chest is full and they are getting ready to make a big investment in the Golden Triangle which is in CANADA. How much money does CIC have to invest as well into an area full of minerals? The only problem with this stock is the price of the stock why hasn't the market priced it accordingly? That is the value of the minerals alone is worth more than a buck. Teck back in option is worth something no? 65 percent inside ownership worth something no? BFS coming out triggering Teck's hand. I don't know lots of reading, lots of comparing, lots of number crunching and I can't see Teck walking away other than buying the whole shootin match or some sort of deal with us to eliminate the 4 year clause.

Best of luck in the near future
