I agree with Prospekt's take on this, i.e., "I think they are trying to keep from going for another funding before the feasibility is out.."

At the last AGM I specifically asked senor E about the CUU finances and he told me that obtaing more funding is not an issue for CUU, and will be available on as needed basis.
