I agree with many here that the stock price declining daily is very disappointing.

However, the trading of this stock is similar to another stock called petaquilla minerals. They were in the price range of 0.30 to 0.40 cents since April, alot like our price of $1.10 to $1.30 or so. Then a couple of days ago, Inmet mining made a hostile takeover announcement to buy all shares of ptq at a 47% premium. The shares are now trading at above 0.60.

I just hope our days comes soon as well. It is very hard to wait now and patience is wearing thin. But we are in this game to make money at the end and I for one, trust this management team's ability to get this deal done. Like others have said, we should wake up one morning and looking at our monitors with price of CUU opening above $3 with news of back in or buyout....

Lets be patient....
