Even with a dividend method, is selling an asset that's 99% of the companies value not require a shareholder vote? Or is this something the BoD can choose to do without asking us? I understand out voice is moot, as EE owns over 50% but I'd imagine it'd be a formality or SEC requirement. Am I mistaken?
