The main problem with this theory is that EE will want to maximize his return and dividends wont quadruple his investment. He wants to cash out but has to many shares to be able to unload. That many shares would drop the share price way down. None of us would want that,we need a cash -plus Tck.B shares that we can sell with out crashing the share price. imho
