Don Lindsay says to Elmer; "Teck will give you your full asking price ... so long as you drag this out until 'xxx, xxxx' and keep secret the BFS results and Mira report".

I kinda suspect something along these lines is occurring

I do hope that such a strategy would be better for shareholders than dropping the results openly on the market

I am not necessarily all in with that however
