Someone (I forget who) recently said something about in order to create a spinoff with the AZ properties CUU has to do some actual drilling/geo work on the land...or it was something to that extent - legal requirements.

Vette posted that they might need that. I haven't seen him followup and confirm, or anyone else confirm that's the case, nor have I called/E-mailed the company to find out. Would be nice to know, and that's possibly what's keeping us from proceeding forward - but I somewhat doubt it. Would be nice to know for sure though.
