IMO you are partly right: It will be out when ready.

I actually think instead of saying "they are not concerned with anyone in retail one iota", it would be more accurate to say "They realize there are many in retail who still dont grasp the magnitude of this project, and have not recognized that it is in that retail investor's best interest to have management do this up right"

I am quite happy with management and feel 100% confident that the time and money they are spending on this is actually indicative of their concern for me in the retail.
