Thanks for the update Vette. One thing I forgot to mention is that Teck was badly burned by the Galore Cr. fiasco. If memory serves me correctly, they spent something like 300M into it before it was halted due to cost overruns. The BFS that was done for Galore severely underestimated the amount of man hours required to build some of the water diversion structures if I recall. So it would not surprise me that Teck wants this thing double checked by a third party before they make their decision...
