They can't have the EA completed within the 60/120 days anyway. The final application won't be made until after the feasibility is released, and then there is no way the environmental approval could come through within Teck's timeframe.
I spoke to Shane recently about this road business introducing several more FN groups to our EA project. He said that it would give him a lot more work, but he doesn't think it would have a negative effect on the outcome. This road is also going to be shared by some other projects so some of the work might be shared. This is just the way it is going to be in BC. Remember how many FN groups showed up to the table when they started negotiating the NTL? Every matter eventually got resolved.
